ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. If the product is made-to-order; the order cannot be cancelled.

10% of the item's value can be deducted when refunding orders that are cancelled beyond 24 hours after placing the order, depending on the specific case.

REFUND POLICY

As each Revati garment is thoughtfully made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Store credit will be issued upon approval of the return, and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our made-to-order approach, which helps us create more consciously and reduce excess production.

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Thank you for choosing Revati. We strive to provide exceptional products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in exchange for store credit, subject to the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery by emailing revatibykritika@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will assist in scheduling a return pickup wherever service is available.

Customized styles, made to-measure garments, and custom-sized orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Discounted, promotional, and sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, damage due to improper care, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being shipped.

Variations in colour, texture, print placement, handcrafting details, and natural dye characteristics are inherent to handcrafted garments and shall not be considered defects.

We strongly encourage customers to review size charts carefully before placing an order.

How to Request a Return or Report a Defect

To request an exchange or report a product damaged in transit, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Delivery address
  • Photographs of the item and packaging (if damaged or defective)

Our customer care team will review the request and respond within 48 working hours.

Please ensure the order details are securely attached to the return package.

Using Your Store Credit

Once your return is approved, a store credit code will be emailed to you.

To redeem it:

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter the store credit code in the "Coupon Code" field.
  4. Click "Apply".

The corresponding amount will be deducted from your order value.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Any product damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt.

Upon receiving the item, Revati will assess the damage and determine whether repair, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

The customer will bear the cost of shipping the damaged item back to our warehouse. Revati will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
